Project “Calliope” is an elite residential complex in Hi-Tech style with a large number of advantages that a modern house can offer. It is located in a serene, dry and sunlit area in Nea Kallikrateia only 160 meters away from the sea. A wonderful sandy beach with a good bottom, suitable for small children, is within walking distance of the complex.

The penthouses have solar batteries while on terraces and Balconies there are fences with laminated glass on a load-bearing profile , movable rafters for shading, etc.
Expensive waterproofing materials are used for the foundation, roof and balconies.
